How we source

We don't own a yard.
That's why you pay less.

No yard, trucks or sorting line on our books. Here's what that means for your loads — and what happens if one goes wrong.

Problem loads are rare. When one happens, you get a reply within the hour — then a replacement, credit or re-delivery.

Who actually makes the pallets?
Established recyclers and mills near your dock. For each load we pick the yard with your grade in stock and the shortest haul.
Why are you cheaper than my yard?
No yard, trucks or sorting line on our books — and the closest qualified yard means less freight in your price.
How do you vet the yards?
New yards send grade photos before their first load. Yards that miss spec or run late come off our list.
What if a yard runs short?
Your load moves to the next yard in your lane. You don't chase it — your account manager does.

Quoted to spec

Grades aren't an industry standard — one yard's A is another's B. Your grade and spec go on the quote and on the supplier's order, so everyone ships to the same definition. Off-spec at the dock? Refuse it.

Straight answers

Before you book.

Is there a minimum order?+

One full truckload: 616 recycled 48x40s on a 53' trailer (fewer for block). Most customers take one weekly or monthly.

Is freight extra?+

No. Every price we give you is delivered to your dock, freight included. It never shows up as a separate line.

What does the test load cost?+

The quoted delivered price. There's no contract and no commitment after it. Compare it side by side with your current supplier.

What if a load shows up wrong?+

Send photos and the count. You get a reply within the hour, then we replace, credit or re-deliver.

How do I pay?+

ACH, on Prepay or Net 15/30/45/60 terms. A credit application is only needed for terms beyond Net 30.

Can you do heat-treated or export pallets?+

Yes. HT pallets come from ALSC-accredited facilities, carry the ISPM-15 stamp, and add $1.00–$1.50 per pallet. Heat treatment doesn't stop mold, so store them dry.

Can one contact cover all our sites?+

Yes. Send your ZIP list: one delivered price per dock on one sheet, one account manager, one invoice format — anywhere in the lower 48.

Do you take our broken pallets (cores)?+

Often, yes. When it fits your lane we credit your cores against your loads — broken ones from about $0.50 each, more for good ones. Your account manager confirms the credit on the quote.

Who actually makes the pallets?+

Established recyclers and mills near your dock. We pick the yard with your grade in stock and the shortest haul, and your account manager owns the load end to end.
