Terms of use

These terms cover your use of chesapeakepallets.com and the basics of ordering from Chesapeake Pallets LLC. Using the site means you accept them.

Prices on this site

Prices on this site, including the estimator, are typical delivered prices per pallet for a full truckload, freight included. They aren't offers. Your firm price is the one on your written quote.

Your quote and order

Your written quote sets the grade, spec, quantity, delivered price and delivery date. Each order is governed by that quote, your purchase order and any agreement we both sign. If they conflict with this page, they win.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states). Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually. Your quote gives your delivery date in writing. Timing shown on this site, such as "often 0–2 business days" for standard 48x40s, is typical, not a guarantee.

Test load

Your first order can be a test load: one full truck, no contract. It's billed at the price on your quote, freight included. If the load doesn't match the grade and spec on the quote you approved, refuse it at delivery and pay nothing for it.

Problem loads

If something is wrong with a load, tell your account manager promptly and send photos and the count. We reply within the hour, then replace, credit or re-deliver.

Payment

Payment is by ACH, on the terms agreed at setup: Prepay, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45 or Net 60. Your first load is Net 30 once you complete our setup form (about 10 minutes). We may ask for a credit application before extending terms.

The text, drawings, logo and design of this site belong to Chesapeake Pallets LLC. Don't copy them for commercial use without our permission. Linking to any page is fine.

No warranty for the website

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the site itself. This doesn't limit anything in your order documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
