Common pallet buying questions.
How much does a pallet cost?+
Delivered anywhere in the U.S. by the full truckload, as of October 15, 2026: Grade B $4.75–$6.75, Grade A $6.75–$8.75, AAA $8.50–$10.50 and block $6.25–$8.50 per pallet, freight included. New pallets are quoted to your spec. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually.
How much do heat-treated pallets cost?+
Heat treatment (ISPM-15) adds $1.00–$1.50 per pallet.
How many pallets fit on a truck?+
A 53' trailer holds 616 recycled 48x40s or 520 block pallets.
Is there a minimum order?+
One full truckload: 616 recycled 48x40s, or 520 block pallets, on a 53' trailer. Most customers reorder weekly or monthly.
Is freight extra?+
No. Every price includes freight to your dock.
What does the test load cost?+
The delivered price on your quote. No contract, and you don't have to order again.
What if a load shows up wrong?+
Send your account manager photos and the count. We reply within the hour, then replace, credit or re-deliver.
How do I pay?+
By ACH, on Prepay or Net 15/30/45/60 terms.
Can you do heat-treated or export pallets?+
Yes. Heat-treated (HT) pallets come from accredited facilities, carry the ISPM 15 stamp and add $1.00–$1.50 per pallet. Heat treatment doesn't stop mold, so store them dry.
Can one contact cover all our sites?+
Yes. For sites anywhere in the U.S., send your ZIP list. You get one delivered price per dock on one sheet, one account manager and one invoice format.
Do you take our broken pallets (cores)?+
Often, yes. When it fits the delivery route, we credit them against your loads: from about $0.50 each for broken pallets, more for good ones. Your account manager confirms the credit on the quote.
Who actually makes the pallets?+
Established pallet recyclers and mills near you. For each load we use the closest yard that has your grade in stock. Your account manager handles it from quote to delivery.
