What to check on delivery.

- 2HT in the stamp, not just a kiln-dried label.

Problem loads are rare. If one happens, we reply within the hour, then replace, credit or re-deliver.

FAQ
Heat-treated (ISPM-15) pallets: common questions.
Do domestic loads need HT?+
Usually not. ISPM 15 covers wood packaging moving between countries. If your customer or forwarder asks for it, order HT.
Is kiln-dried the same as heat-treated?+
Only when the pallet carries the HT mark. Kiln-dried lumber without the stamp doesn't meet ISPM 15.
Does heat treatment stop mold?+
No. Heat treatment kills insects in the wood; it doesn't stop a pallet from molding if it gets wet later. Store HT pallets dry and covered.
