What to check on delivery.
- 1Check the stringers. Any repair means Grade B.
- 2Grade A and AAA: three clean stringers.
- 3Something wrong? Send photos and the count to your account manager the same day.
Problem loads are rare. If one happens, we reply within the hour, then replace, credit or re-deliver.

Recycled pallets: common questions.
What's the difference between A and B?+
The stringers. Grade A has three solid stringers with no repairs. Grade B allows repaired stringers and costs less.
Can recycled pallets go in racking?+
Grade A and AAA work in racking and on conveyors. Use Grade B for floor storage and internal moves.
